Cooking Tips:
- T-Bone Steak: Two steaks in one! The larger side is strip steak, smaller is tenderloin. Grill or pan-sear 5-6 minutes per side for medium-rare. Position the tenderloin side away from direct heat since it cooks faster.
- NY Strip Steak: Classic steakhouse favorite with bold, beefy flavor. Bring to room temp, season with salt and pepper. Sear in hot cast iron or grill 4-5 minutes per side. Let rest 5 minutes before serving.
- Ground Beef: Perfect for everyday meals. Make gourmet burgers (don't overwork the meat!), quick tacos, or hearty spaghetti sauce. Cook to 160°F internal temperature.
Farmhouse Dinner Idea: Grill both steaks for a special weekend dinner, use ground beef for easy weeknight meals. Simple, delicious, farm-to-table quality.
Pro Tip: Our dry-aged beef has incredible natural flavor - you don't need fancy marinades or heavy sauces. Keep it simple with salt, pepper, and high heat!
