Cooking Tips by Cut:

  • Ribeye: The king of steaks! Grill or pan-sear 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare. The marbling makes it incredibly forgiving.
  • Filet: The most tender cut! Quick sear over high heat 3-4 minutes per side. Don't overcook - best at medium-rare.
  • NY Strip: Great beefy flavor. Grill over high heat 4-5 minutes per side. Let rest 5 minutes before slicing.
  • T-Bone: Two steaks in one! Position the smaller filet side away from direct heat. Cook 5-6 minutes per side.
  • Sirloin: Lean and flavorful. Marinate for extra tenderness or cook quickly over high heat to medium-rare.

Golden Rule: Bring steaks to room temp 30 minutes before cooking. Season generously with salt and pepper. Always let rest 5-10 minutes after cooking!
